Order Cancellations
- Pre-Processing: You may cancel your order before it enters the processing stage. Once the order has been processed for printing, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Post-Processing: Regrettably, orders that have been printed or dispatched cannot be canceled.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we accept returns or offer replacements under the following circumstances:
- Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at help@myfeelgoodstore.com with photographic evidence and unboxing videos showing the defects along with the original packaging images. We will review your request and issue a replacement at no additional cost.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us at help@myfeelgoodstore.com within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Alternatively, if you’d prefer not to return an unwanted item, you can choose to donate it. Simply let us know, and we’ll arrange to donate the item to someone in need on your behalf.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following scenarios:
- Out-of-Stock Items: If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Misprinted Items: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at help@myfeelgoodstore.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
- Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or misprinted.
- Inspection and Refund/Replacement: After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are only provided for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. Please allow 2-3 weeks for replacements, as each item is custom-made upon order.
We reserve the right to deny a return or replacement if the item does not meet our return criteria or is returned outside of the stated timeframe.
Shipping Policy
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Order are shipped within 4 to 7 working days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company/post office norms. myfeelgoodstore.com shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
